Between Thursday 1st and Saturday 3rd June 2017, the Christian Doppler Foundation’s Anniversary Symposium took place in Salzburg in the University of Salzburg’s Main Hall, and in the new university laboratory building in the Science-City in Itzling. The Symposium celebrated the 175th anniversary of the discovery of the Doppler effect.
